Twenty-five years of striving, achieving, and accumulating left me lost, unfulfilled, and disappointed. This despite arriving at what most objective observers would consider "success."In 2022, at the age of 46, I began a different journey as a pathfinder, student, and researcher looking for a different paradigm.Today, my interests sit at the intersection of psychology, modern neuroscience, embodiment, ancient yogic, meditative, and spiritual practices, men's work, and human potential.I am currently researching a book on loneliness, isolation, and pain among adult men, our understanding of masculinity, and the rebirth of male leadership.I am also an entrepreneur, husband, and father.
